Bespoke Items

Will are able to create bespoke items of furniture to your specification. These items will be created using information (measurements, photographs, drawings, written descriptions) supplied by you, they will be unique and not re-created unless requested by you. Any bespoke items cannot be refunded or credited.

Methods of Payment

Our online method of payment is via Paypal. It is not necessary to open an account with Paypal before you shop with us. If you order by telephone or email, you may also pay by cheque or bank draft. Please make cheques payable to MIV Fetish Furniture and write your name and address on the back of the cheque. Cheque orders will not be processed until payment has been cleared. The total cost of your order is the price of the products including delivery charges. All orders are dependent on payment confirmation from Paypal prior to dispatch, so please ensure that the details you provide are correct. We cannot accept responsibility for an order being held back as a result of incorrect or invalid Paypal details being given. In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with MIV Fetish Furniture, please check the necessary course of action with Paypal.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Items we hold in stock will be shipped on a next day delivery once payment has been cleared. Most items are made to order and will be dispatched once completed and payment has cleared. All items will be dispatched within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

We use a courier company to deliver orders. Our current delivery chareges are; £9.99 for single stocks (leg, neck or wrist) and £15.99 for everything else. We use a courier who will require a signature on delivery. In the unlikely event that delivery is delayed, due to no fault of our own, we can not accept responsibility. We currently only ship items within the British Isles. If you live outside of the UK, please contact us to discuss delivery options, delivery charges abroad vary depending on item and location.

Damages

All items are quality checked and dispatched in working order. We use some natural materials during the manufacture of our furniture i.e wood and leather, there may be hidden faults or weaknesses. We take our customer service seriously, any items received damaged must be notified within 48 hours of receipt to info@mivfetishfurniture.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement.

Returns Policy

Only faulty items can be returned. We will not accept returns for unwanted purchases. Any returned items found to be faulty will be replaced. If a replacement is not available, a credit will be issued.

Cancellation Policy

All returns must have written authorisation before being returned. Orders that have not been dispatched can be cancelled within 7 days of placing the order. If the item has been dispatched, then it must be returned in an unopened condition complete with all its packaging. Items that have been removed from their packagaing or used cannot be returned. Any items returned without prior authorisation will be rejected.
